The Penultimate Day

July 14, 2014

Today was Jonathan's last day of freedom.  He spent the day helping the THS Marching Band saxophones, running errands, and adding music to his MP3 player.  At 7 p.m., we went to the Stake Center (and were joined by Parley and Bona) and Jonathan was set apart as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Here's our missionary!

After the setting apart, we went home and had a quick family night.  Nolan had to get to bed because he was leaving at 4 a.m. for youth conference.  I told Nolan and Jonathan to say their good-byes, but had to take a few pictures of the two goofs beforehand.

Then it was off to bed for both boys. Jonathan chose to follow the missionary schedule and was in bed at 10:30 p.m.
